Microsoft Office 2007 comes loaded with a default blue theme , but now they have added two more themes to the theme set.
We really liked the new Office 2007 themes introduced in the 2007 Office suite compared to previous versions (gray skin).
Now it comes with a silver and black theme.Black seems good in a screenshot , but we didn't like it so much - looks somewhat harsh.Silver theme is cool.
So if you want to change Themes just
1. Click the Microsoft Office Button

, and then click Program Name Options, where Program Name is the name of the program you are in, for example, Word,Excel ,... Options.
2. Click Popular, and then click the Color scheme that you want.
